10-Day Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

With all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Package Opening Video (Required)
To help us verify any claims of damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, please record a clear, continuous video while opening your package.
The video should:

Start before the package is opened, showing the sealed parcel and shipping label.

Continue without any cuts or edits until all items are fully unpacked.

Clearly show any damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
Please note: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted if an unedited package opening video is not provided.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

You will receive a full refund for the product amount.

A flat delivery charge of PKR 150 is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos of the item.

A complete, unedited package opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
This helps us investigate the issue quickly and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Personal care products.

Perishable goods.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, please return your original item following our return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
